An almost Alabaster finish from this piece of Maple found in Toms River. Shown at the JSDD WAE Juried show in 2023. Hand sanded to 300 grit to reveal the stunning, swirling history of the growth of this tree. Taken from it’s earthen grasp way before it’s time due to burrowing insects, then burrowing rodents. Lovingly sculpted into this arresting center piece.
